Can I communicate with candidates in PersiaHR?

You can send messages straight from the candidate profile page in PersiaHR. In the candidate’s profile, click on the Message candidate button.

You can compose a personalized email message or use a template. Also, you can attach a file to the message. For example, you can send the applicant a test task or a questionnaire.

When the candidate replies to your message, the copy is sent to your main email as well. If the candidate attached files to their message (such as portfolio samples, photos, test tasks, documents, etc.), PersiaHR will extract the files from the message and store them in the candidate profile in Files tab.
