Can I create custom workflows for my jobs?

Yes, you can.
When you create a new job, the system by default pre-populates it with several commonly used recruitment stages. If necessary, you can add, delete or reorder stages. In the Recruitment Stages section, click the Add Stage button and select the required one. To change the stages order, simply drag a stage to its place. To delete an unnecessary stage, click the cross next to its name. If, instead of a cross, a lock icon is displayed opposite the stage name, this means that the stage cannot be deleted, since there are candidates linked to the stage. You can transfer candidates to other stages, and then delete it.
