How do I know if the candidate I am adding is already in my database?

If your database already contains information about the candidate you are adding, the system will notify you and offer to update the information about the candidate or save as a new one. If you choose to update the existing candidate, the candidate’s old resume will still be stored in the system so that you don’t lose valuable historical information. All candidate’s previous resume versions are preserved — you can access them in the candidate’s profile.
