What metrics can I track using PersiaHR statistics?

The main metrics used in PersiaHR are:

• Average time to fill a job
• Statistics for closed jobs
• Number of interviews for the period
• Number of candidates added to the system
• Candidate source analysis

All these metrics can be tracked for the whole company or broken down by individual recruiters.

The information is updated once a day, so the totals for today will be visible the next day. You can view statistics for past periods, even if the jobs, resumes or users participating in it are not active or have been completely removed from the system.
