How to capture the rejection reason in the candidate profile?

In the candidate profile page, there is a recruitment stages scale where you can move the candidate through the stages. Click on the Rejected stage (it is always at the very beginning of the scale, highlighted in red). A drop-down list with the rejection reasons will appear where you can select one of the options.
