Can I appoint a recruiter in charge who will be responsible for closing the job?

Yes. When creating or editing a job, in the Job Details block there is a Recruiter in Charge field. There, you can select a recruiter who will be responsible for the job from a drop-down list. In addition, you can define who will see the job — all users or only the recruiter in charge. To do this, check the required option in the Allow Access field.
