Questions to assess adaptability and flexibility

A selection of questions that reveals a candidate’s readiness to work in uncertain conditions, quickly switch when business priorities change, and learn new tools.

  • Recall a situation when the priorities of a project or all the requirements for a task changed drastically midway through the process. What was your reaction?
