Do we need to track candidate sources?

Candidate sources analysis allows you to:

• Optimize the company’s budget spent on job sites
• Spend the budget only on the sites that do work and proof to be a source of good candidates;
• Focus on finding those candidates that match your jobs.

You can see the candidate source in the general candidate list. By default, the system provides a list of popular job sites you can use as candidate sources. You can add your sources to the list as well.
