How to use skills and categories?

You can link candidates to skills and categories to easier find a match for a specific job. For example, you can create the Marketing category to group all the candidates who applied for jobs in this field. Skills are more specific as they help to rate the level of a candidate’s proficiency in a particular skill. When you link a candidate to a skill, you can indicate whether the candidate has it or not, or rate the candidate’s skill level using a five star scale — depending on the skill type.
