Why can some categories and skills be deleted while others cannot?

You can only delete those skills and categories that are not assigned to any candidate. To do that, check the box next to the required skill/category and click Delete Selected. To delete a skill or category that is assigned to at least one candidate, you need to unlink it from all the candidates.
