In\u00a0the Calendar<\/a> page, click on\u00a0the required date. In\u00a0the window that pops\u00a0up, enter the candidate\u2019s name, the job you are interviewing for, interview time. You can also add comments, for example, discussion points or\u00a0which aspects to\u00a0pay attention to\u00a0during the interview.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Then you can send the candidate an\u00a0invitation to\u00a0the interview. You can use the invitation message template provided by\u00a0default or\u00a0create your own so\u00a0that you do\u00a0not have to\u00a0compose a\u00a0new message every time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If\u00a0the job you are interviewing for has been assigned to\u00a0a\u00a0client, you can send the client a\u00a0notification about the interview\u00a0\u2014 just tick the required field.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The interview can be\u00a0added to\u00a0your Google Calendar straight away, just mark the respective checkbox.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Click Schedule an\u00a0interview <\/em>and the event will be\u00a0added to\u00a0the calendar and posted to\u00a0your Google Calendar. The messages to\u00a0the candidate and the client will be\u00a0sent at\u00a0the same time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
