Click the <em>Add template<\/em> button, enter a name for the questionnaire and click <em>Save<\/em>. Then click <em>Add Question<\/em>. In the window that opens, enter the question and answer options. In the <em>Percent<\/em> field, specify the percentage of the answer that meets the requirements of the job. The maximum value is 100%, which means the correct answer is required from the candidate. Click <em>Save<\/em>.
