What are they needed for? How to&nbsp;assign them?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You may need skills and categories to\u00a0find and match candidates for a\u00a0specific job. For example, you can create a\u00a0category <em>Accounting <\/em>to\u00a0combine the resumes of\u00a0all candidates who are qualified in\u00a0this field. Skills help to\u00a0rate the level of\u00a0candidate\u2019s proficiency in\u00a0a\u00a0particular skill. When you create a\u00a0skill, you can indicate whether the candidate has it\u00a0or\u00a0not, as\u00a0well as\u00a0rate the skill level with a\u00a0five stars scale.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To\u00a0add a\u00a0category to\u00a0the candidate, expand the list of\u00a0categories and just click the one you need\u00a0\u2014 it\u00a0is\u00a0added automatically.
