If\u00a0your database already contains information about the candidate you are adding, the system will notify you and offer to\u00a0update the information about the candidate or\u00a0save as\u00a0a\u00a0new one. If\u00a0you choose to\u00a0update the existing candidate, the candidate\u2019s old resume will still be\u00a0stored in\u00a0the system so\u00a0that you don\u2019t lose valuable historical information. All candidate\u2019s previous resume versions are preserved \u2014 you can access them in the candidate\u2019s profile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
