It reflects candidates\u2019 overall impression of their interactions with the company throughout the hiring process, regardless of whether they ultimately received a job offer.<\/p>\n<h3>Formula<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><strong>cNPS = % Promoters (score 9\u201310) &#8211; % Detractors (score 0\u20136)<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>How to Calculate<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Send candidates an anonymous survey after the hiring process is complete, asking: \u201cOn a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend applying for jobs at our company to your colleagues?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Divide the responses into three groups: Promoters (9\u201310), Passives (7\u20138), and Detractors (0\u20136).<\/li>\n<li>Subtract the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters to calculate the cNPS score, which ranges from -100 to +100.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benchmark<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>cNPS for hired candidates: &gt; +70.<\/li>\n<li>Overall cNPS (including rejected candidates): &gt; +30 to +50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to Improve<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Always provide detailed, constructive feedback, even when rejecting a candidate.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce and optimize response times at every stage of the hiring process.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure technical interviewers follow professional and respectful interviewing practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>\u00a9 PersiaHR<br \/>\nWhen republishing materials, a link to the <a href=\"https:\/\/persiahr.com\/\">PersiaHR<\/a> website is required.<\/h6>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candidate Satisfaction Score (cNPS) is a metric used to measure the quality of the Candidate Experience.
