What was happening, what did you do, and what was the result?<\/li>\n<li>Tell us about a time when a project or initiative you were involved in failed completely. What did you learn from analyzing what went wrong?<\/li>\n<li>Tell us about a time when you took responsibility for a failure that involved the entire team. How did you handle the situation?<\/li>\n<li>Describe a situation when you had to fix a mistake made by a previous employee or a colleague.<\/li>\n<li>Tell us about a time when you made the wrong decision because you were under time pressure. What were the consequences, and how did you change your approach afterward?<\/li>\n<li>Recall a situation when you misunderstood a brief or requirements from a client or manager and delivered something different from what was expected. How did you resolve the issue?<\/li>\n<li>Tell us about a time when you had to publicly acknowledge a mistake in front of your entire team or a client.<\/li>\n<li>Tell us about a time when a technical or system failure happened due to something you did. How did you minimize the impact on the business?<\/li>\n<li>Describe a situation when you spotted a colleague\u2019s mistake that could have put a project at risk.
