Go\u00a0to\u00a0the Jobs <\/em>section and click the New job <\/em>button in\u00a0the upper right corner. This will open the New Job screen, which you can fill in\u00a0with all the necessary information.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Job Name <\/em>field is\u00a0required. You can also use other fields in\u00a0the sections below:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • Functional Responsibilities.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    There you can submit information that will be\u00a0visible to\u00a0the recruiter in\u00a0charge and unavailable to\u00a0the client. You can also specify the country and city where the position is\u00a0opened.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Below, there is\u00a0the Job Details <\/em>block. There, you can appoint a\u00a0recruiter in\u00a0charge and if\u00a0necessary make the job visible or\u00a0invisible to\u00a0the rest of\u00a0the recruitment team.
    Please note that these actions are only available to\u00a0the account administrator.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    You can also indicate priority of\u00a0the job\u00a0\u2014 high, medium or\u00a0low, and also mark jobs, work on\u00a0which is\u00a0suspended.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    In\u00a0addition, you can specify salary brackets, deadline for closing the job and number of\u00a0people that need to\u00a0be\u00a0hired for this position.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    The Project Information <\/em>field serves as\u00a0a\u00a0reminder for the recruiter as\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0hard to\u00a0remember all the details while recruiting for several open positions at\u00a0the same time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Below, in\u00a0the Private Note <\/em>field, you can make important notes that will be\u00a0visible only to\u00a0you and your team.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Recruitment Stages section<\/em>.
    By\u00a0default, the system offers you several commonly used recruitment stages. You can manage your workflow for each job by\u00a0adding, deleting or\u00a0re-arranging recruitment stages as\u00a0appropriate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Job Description for Publishing section<\/em>.
    Here, you can create a\u00a0position description that will be\u00a0published on\u00a0job sites. From PersiaHR you can post jobs to\u00a0these resources: Work.ua, Talent.UA, HeadHunter, SuperJob and Jobs in\u00a0Kharkov.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the Save <\/em>button and the new job will appear in\u00a0your open job list.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
